Workwell offers support for unemployed individuals in the Conwy area who have mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks or OCD. They offer support to get into and thrive in employment alongside access to pre-employment counselling and coaching.

20 June – 11am to 2pm – Health & Wellbeing Information Event – with Betsi Cadwaldr Bite Sized Health. As part of Betsi Cadwaladr plans to bring care closer to home and to support the Healthier Wales agenda and guidance direct to North Wales residents in their community – this event will provide support and information including: blood pressure checks, mental health and wellbeing, health screening, smoking cessation, alcohol and substance misuse, carers’ information, active lifestyle, liver health, healthy eating.
