7, 14, 21 October - 9.30am start - Marcia of Feelitfitness is here with her Walk Fit class.  Low impact fun walking aerobic classes which are easy to follow and which will tone and shape your body and mind whilst having fun and meeting new friends. Please contact Citizens Advice Conwy on 01745 828705 for support and advice on such matters as debt, universal credit, benefits, housing etc. and for more information about arranging an appointment.

2 October - 10am to 12 noon - Hearing Aid Clinic - a drop in for basic NHS hearing aid repairs, new batteries and maintenance. No need to book, just come along with your NHS hearing aid.

3, 10, 17 October - 9.30am to 12.00 noon - Dewi Sant Drop In - Everyone is welcome to pop into the Dewi Sant Drop In which is in the Bistro room, enjoy a cuppa, a chat and some good company.

 

3, 10, 17, 31 October – 10am to 11am - PLAY THROUGH SOUND for 0–4-year-olds.  Come along to a different approach of making music and having lots of fun.  These sessions are designed by Tania at TT23 Studios to help little ones grow through music and give your child a space to be free, make music and explore different sounds, appreciate what is around us.
