1 July – Abergele U3A Music Appreciation Group hold their monthly group in the Worship Area.

 

1, 8, 15, 22, 29 July  - 9.30am start - Marcia of Feelitfitness is here with her Walk Fit class.  Low impact fun walking aerobic classes which are easy to follow, and which will tone and shape your body and mind whilst having fun and meeting new friends. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 July - 10.30am – Everyone is welcome to the weekly Church Service here at Dewi Sant. There are also refreshments following the Service.  

 

2, 9, 16, 23, 30 July - 1.00pm to 4.00pm – Citizens Advice Conwy. This Tuesday service is by appointment only. Please contact Citizens Advice Conwy on 01745 828705 for support and advice on such matters as debt, universal credit, benefits, housing etc. and for more information about arranging an appointment.

2, 9 July - 6pm to 8pm - Conwy Mind - these are the last two sessions of a FREE 4-week course of mindfulness including some key practices, focusing on body, breath, emotions and thoughts through mindfulness. 3 July - 10am to 12 noon - Hearing Aid Clinic - a drop in for basic NHS hearing aid repairs, new batteries and maintenance. No need to book, just come along with your NHS hearing aid!

 

3 July - 1pm to 3 pm - Adferiad are here in the Bistro room. Do you care for a loved one with mental health issues? If so, then please do come along to Adferiad’s friendly group to find out how they can help and support you, or please contact them at Northwales-carers@adferiad.org for more help and information.

 

3, 10 July - 1pm to 3pm - A free ceramics and painting course open to anyone who has Parkinson’s or who cares for someone with Parkinson’s. Workwell offers support for unemployed individuals in the Conwy area who have mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks or OCD. 5, 12, 19, 26 July - 9am to 3.30pm - Citizens Advice Conwy are offering an open advice drop-in service. This is open to all members of the public and takes place in the Committee Room. No need to book for today’s session.

 

5, 12, 19, 26 July - Pensarn Food Share is here in the morning. The Food Share is open to everyone – there is no means test. Please phone the Food Share organisers on 01492 472321 for more information and to book your slot.   

 

12, 26 July - Tea & Toast - 10am to 12 noon. Pop into the main hall for a cuppa, some toast, a chat (if you want!).

 

 

12, 26 July – 10am to 12 noon – A representative from Conwy Employment Hub will be here in the main hall, available to chat with anyone who would like to have employment or benefit advice; Mentoring to develop confidence and skills; Support for CV writing, job applications and job interviews; Help in finding work experience and voluntary roles.
